Dear Members of the Sick Building Group,

I am a legal reporter for BNA, Inc., a legal publishing company. My

company has launched a new reporter that focuses on expert evidence

issues in litigation, and I'm looking for current admissibility or

discovery issues with regard to expert evidence.

The sick building issue is a hot one right now (as all of you clearly

are aware), and our publication is hoping to provide additional

exposure for the toxicology admissibility issues currently in

dispute. For attorneys and experts involved in such issues, this

could lead to more exposure regarding your services. For interested

parties, this could lead to greater public interest in the issues

involved.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone with information about such

litigation activity occurring in July or August would reply to this

post or send me a private e-mail message. The types of activity that

would interest me include any: (1) Daubert or Frye hearings; (2)

discovery issues--such as document production, expert

interrogatories, or deposition disputes; (3) trial rulings excluding,

admitting, or limiting expert testimony; and (4) appellate hearings

or rulings on any of the above issues.

I'd really appreciate your help on these issues. Thank you so much.

I wish you all luck in your sick building-awareness endeavors.

Yours truly,

Holly M. , Esq.
