Sweetie, I am so sorry you are hurting. I've overdone things the last

few days and am paying for it now, so I can relate. Does soaking in a

hot bath help? Sometimes that does me more good than anything. Hang

in there, I hope you have a good rheumie. Mine is in Mesquite, his

staff is awesome. This weird weather we've had in N Tx. lately has

not helped us too much, has it? Sending hopes for pain free days your

way.
