Guest guest
Sweetie, I am so sorry you are hurting. I've overdone things the last few days and am paying for it now, so I can relate. Does soaking in a hot bath help? Sometimes that does me more good than anything. Hang in there, I hope you have a good rheumie. Mine is in Mesquite, his staff is awesome. This weird weather we've had in N Tx. lately has not helped us too much, has it? Sending hopes for pain free days your way.
