Guest guest
I think all PDs have a few things in common, which is why there is usually co-morbidity and 'fuzziness' where one ends and another begins: a) Absolute self-centredness, although most pds try to put on a good show about appearing to care which just confuses things, they want THEMSELVES to LOOK GOOD. In many ways this makes APD easier to deal with because they just don't give a shit. Insatiable needs to 'fill the hole' in their own character/personality c) The locus of control to fulfil these needs is always externalized. They use other people and things. d) It the external thing/person 'malfunctions' and doesn't fulfill their needs, it's THEIR fault. e) ALL pds I am familiar with are superhuman wonders when it comes to denial.
