Could someone help me out here, please? It is Thursday morning, here,

the Ides of March. I am in my second day of trying to act like an

obedient child (which is contrary to much of my temperament and

personal history, but not -- thank G-d [as Toni used to say] all of

it). I had rather extensive dental surgery yesterday; can't yet

chew, am forbidden to exercise for three days ... and other such yuk-

like things.

So I'm a little low on energy and could use an assist. Just now

found this very interesting post of Alice's but can't figure out what

preceded it. Is there a background of exchanges here on list to this

post?

Thanx for any assistance -- I'll now go back and read it again in

simple enjoyment of and interest in a long fascinating post.

love and greetings to all,

marte
