June, I don't want to think about their marriages right now, LOL! That's

great that you have such good relationships with your DILs.

My daughter has been seeing the same fella since her freshman year in

college, and I've had to warn both of them not to rush into marriage. I like

him very much, but they are too young.

I think I'll enjoy being alone when the time comes, but I can't believe how

fast the years went by.

I've married off 2 daughters, the son is still single- and sent the

baby girl off to college this weekend. Kind of wondering what to do

with myself now! It's kinda weird there just being me after over 30

years of taking care of people- kids, parents, etc. Like Chas says,

I'm gonna have to get a life!

Jane it is a strange feeling when your kids leave home and it does take some

getting used to. However when the grandchildren arrived I began to see more and

more of them. Now I wish I had more than 2 sons to provide me with grandchildren

.. The grandsons (4) have brought me more happiness than I could ever have

imagined. Of course it helps having both families living within an hours drive.

Try to recall things you used to do before the kids arrived and maybe you will

come up with a hobby or craft you can fill the hours with.
