Guest guest
I want to thank all of you for the warm welcome. This sure seems like a wonderful 'family'. As far as my experiences as a partner I have to admit it has really been minimal. I missed all the regurgitation and sleeping sitting up or in a chair, the botched first surgery, the problems with insurance, etc.. had just had her last surgery, an open myotomy, when we first met. She had only been home a few weeks. She was still in bandages and suffering from an open incision that had to be repacked by an in home nurse on a daily basis. As for other areas of her disease I have come to accept the foam, the fact that she has to drink her food down at times, and that she has to pause every once in a while between bites of food. I have been with her 2 of the 7 visits to the Cleveland Clinic for check ups/dilation's. I'm really not up on my terminology of the disease as far as, surgeries and such (that's why I'm here) so I can't get too technical yet. What I have learned is that she is doing very well and I know that things could be and can be much worse. And for that I'm very thankful that she is doing so well. As far as the wedding date....I'll let her tell you. Cheers,
Guest guest
Awe isn’t he sweet? LOL. We are running away to get married, leaving on June 2nd and getting married on the 3rd. We are going to the mountains of Gatlinburg TN and being married in our cabin that we are staying in down there. We will only be gone for 3 days since he is working and we have the kids here at home. So we are going to try to do as much as possible while we are there. in Indiana From: achalasia [mailto:achalasia ] On Behalf Of L.
