Guest guest
Hi, Sharon I think most of us had the same experience. I would now look for a neurologist who has had a lot of experience with LBD. Usually one who specializes in movement disorders will meet your needs. Gladys Stefany Milford, Pike County, PA Very Proud Daughter of Grace, age 76 - appears to be in between stages 3 and 4 Diagnosed with " probable " Diffuse Lewy Body Disease Current Meds: Exelon Patch, Namenda, Nexium, Parcopa, Premarin, Synthroid, Vytorin, Seroquel, and Zoloft -- between PD and LBD Hi all, My father was recently diagnosed with LBD. The doctors thought it was PD in the beginning and are very sluggish to adjust to the change. So we're pretty confused with the new situation. We don't yet understand what it means in term of medication regime change and the change in the entire health care approach. If anyone had similar experiences I would love to hear about it. Thanks, Sharon PS- Thanks but I managed to change the setting myself after all. Very untypical for me…..
