a funny true story from Ken, to....al of YOU!

Greetings! I was just comtemplating my up coming surgery(I hope). The V.A. is

supposed to start on my cataracts, and tomorrow, they do a biopsy on my

leg.....well, (you're gonna LOVE this!) , I was remembering when I had to have

some surgery performed on my foot, and the Dr.s had decided to give me a

" spinal tap " . I had never even heard the term, yet alone been thru one, so I

really didn't quite know what to expect!

Well, " The Day " arrived, and I presented my self to the hospital...now, me

being an ol' hippie ,there are some certain terms, shall we say, that have

never left my vocabulary....words like " cool " , for example.........

I remember sitting on the edge of the table, barechested, and here's all

these nurses crowded around me, and the one directly in front of me HAD to be

blessed by God,because I KNOW she just HAD to " have backaches " ,so to

speak..hahaha! She was REALLY " endowed " !!!

Well, I felt like they were " in my space " , and I was uncomfortable with

them all standing so close, so I mentioned something about it, and one of them

said " Well, that's so we can catch you! " , and right about THEN, they injected

whatever it was into my spinal cord, and I lost all controll of whether or not

I was gonna sit up! I just kinda " fell " forward,right into and perfectly between

these lovely, soft,heavenly pair of.... well....all I could do was....I said,

" FAR OUT! " , and everybody just started laughing! WOOF!
