When a plate and screw are used to repair a proximal femur fracture, you can use a lag screw or super lag screw. We use the 's system. I'm not sure if Howmedica, DePuy or Stryker or any others use screws with those terms, but 's does. type of orthopedic screw Has anyone ever heard of a s/l supralag screw used in a hip repair?
