The energy of the two snakes I figured out this morning reflecting on your thought that Force is up.

The energy of the kundalini seat is at the base of the spine in the red chakra (am sure you know this as you know a lot of what I am writing about this is for those who may not know).

Anyway, yes, the original impetus within us must be up, the kunkalini must travel up through the chakras. Then the energies must also descend. Now the descending energy is always there we are just unconscious of it because we've not awoken - yet. But, as we meditate, this energy must flow in two directions.

This is a huge aha on my part (about time). Anyway, two doves came and perched on my balcony as I began to write this and I stopped and watched to see what they would do. One flew up and the other flew down!

So, the way to bring down the bliss (I haven't tried this yet and I shut down the k quite a few years ago now although it sometimes appears of its own for a few moments). I am sure you remember this because you gave the idea to hold a potato. (Please don't be upset this is not in any way meant to offend) but I swear I thought, 'she's kidding right? A potato?' Intuitively this was right! Not quite but sure gave the hint which I was oblivious to. (I do want to know why the Tibetans didn't think of this.)

Anyway, the key is to bring the energies in both directions! Bring it down from the heavens to the core of the earth and then back up! The core needs these energies anyway. I did get this info a year or so ago and haven't tried it yet but just started again meditating this morning (briefly). Okay I did try it, but not on my own. There is a woman named Jane, she's as plain as a sparrow and this woman is carrying so much energy it is amazing. I saw her channel and as she channeled her guide(s) used me. I am not sure what the appropriate analogy is here but it was rather like a lightening rod, the energies came down through me to the core and then back up to the heavens. I could feel this huge amount of energy going through me, it was like my skin was paper and barely there and the rest was just energy, massive energies like what you think of when you look at an electric power plant.

Anyway, it was a weird experience.

I've typed this before and decided not to send it but am going to send it anyway. The first time I was diagnosed terminally ill (and given less than six months to a year to live) I met a physician who told me, "you must go back to meditating." I was just about to start my Saturn Return. The illness vanished -- in three weeks!

But, each time I stop meditating my body manifests some new terminal illness and I have to meditate again. Isn't that bizarre?

LOL, this reminds me of the first time my third eye blew open and I thought, 'man, other people think they're weird and different, and I don't think so, I know so.'

Black stone - I don't know, I have to go back and talk to the guy who told me about it. Great catch on your part, there is something extremely important about this. I am sure he is a student of at least one mystery school.

On another note, you're never going to believe who I met on the internet. Rasputin has reincarnated. Nicolas is here too.
