Teri:

Yes, mold poisoning is the fastest growing toxicological / sick building problem in America. Tight homes with poor circulation and the influx of inferior building materials, ie particle board, plywood, etc that grows high populations of pathogenic molds when they get wet, have contributed to the explosion of mold claims.

The Ballard judgment of $32.1 million, including $12 million punitives for committing fraud and $ million for mental anguish for the fraudulent handling of her claim of mold contamination, will probably be greatly reduced on appeal, but it will serve as a wake up call to alert the homeowner insurance companies that they can not just sit for years on these cases and just hope they go away. I HAVE AT LEAST 20 OF THESE CASES THAT ARE BEING IGNORED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES!
