Guest guest
Hi, Glad to hear Joe is responding well and getting some relief. Rinsing with Listerine has been mentioned here but with being only 4 thats way to young due to the alcahol. They may want to up the folic acid which is no biggie. A note on the WBC and pred.Oh my YES the pred can make it go up.On my sons second flare he was bumped back up to 30mg Prelone and his WBC jumped to 45,000.I can go through his copies of labs and there is definately a connection between the pred and WBC. I hope you can begin to taper in April and yes it will be a slow go but hopefuly the MTX is doing well. Hugs Becki and 6 systemic

Guest guest
, You poor girl! I have never had that problem. Is there any way you can get into your family doc, it sounds serious? Have you called your rheumy, maybe they can work you in, when they hear how bad you are? I will keep you in my prayers, Tawny > Hey, all: > > I'm sure this has been posted before.....but my memory is terrible. I have > RA and Sjogren's Syndrome. Guest guest
I also need a bite guard. I am extremely happy with the product I have found for this, called Plackers Grind-No-More. They come with 14 in a package and are supposed to be thrown out after 1 to 3 wearings, but I have been wearing each one for several weeks, washing it with Dr Bronner's each morning, rinsing with filtered water, and putting it inside a handkerchief in a nightstand drawer to stay clean. Best night guard ever, super comfie and I love it that I don't have to pay $500 every time I need a new one. Plus these are the most comfie ever and can be worn top or bottom as preferred. http://www.plackers.com/Flossers/prod-teeth-grinding-guards.asp http://www.amazon.com/Plackers-Grind-no-More-Teeth-Grinding-Guard/dp/B003GDKH9C/\ ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & s=hpc & qid=1293841143 & sr=8-1 I got mine at my local Walgreen's. -- >Tammy I have worn a bit guard since I was 22 or 23 yrs old - I am 45 yrs >old now.
