What you are trying to do to help this child is wonderful. Every child deserves a caring, loving, stable family. I have a friend who is going though something similar with her husbands ex-wife. Getting through the system is so difficult and sometimes the system loses site of what the issues realliy are. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
