Guest guest Posted August 6, 2005 Report Share Posted August 6, 2005 Hi Carol, I can sure relate to your " cast woes " from when I broke my ankle 2 years ago. After struggling to find a way to shower, I finally found a good solution that kept the cast dry--Saran Wrap! I completely wrapped myself from toes to above the cast with Saran Wrap, then put a small towel around that, then the plastic bag, which I only had to tape at the top then.
