Guest guest
Hi Kim, The patches are not really not doing much for me right now. I don't really know about the patches, if they gave them out as samples, who knows. It better not happen again, or I will really get mad. How are you doing? I know it's hard for you when you can't get help. Sending prayers your way, Tawny > Hello! How are you? Are the patches helping any? I sure do hope > so. I read a post about something to effect of your doc or clinic > giving patches away that were designated to you? With yours as an > exception - I was wondering how would one go about getting in there to > get other peoples " pain relief items " LOL It might be my only hope! > Sorry - I know that was terrible! Guest guest
Hi Kim, Not much going on today. I'm not sure if they make patches stronger, or not. I'm sure the next step will be a MRI to find out what's going on with my back. You are such a great support, and that is a big help. I will keep you in my prayers too, pain free days ahead, Tawny > Good morning! How are you? I hope that today is definetly better > than yesterday! I'm so sorry that you are such a time of it. I wish > I could take it away. I don't know anything about the patches. Like > the idea of it though. Maybe they make a stronger one? I just don't > know. Gosh, I sure wish I could help gosh darnit. I will keep you in > my prayers. Sending well wishes your way!!!! XXX's Kim

Guest guest
Kim, Not doing good, but just wanted to say hi, and to let you know I am getting by. My appointment is Aug 5, and will know something then, hopefully I can get something then for my depression. I know how you feel, by the time I get there, my stress will be down. They think you can wait forever. Thank you for the kind words, they mean a lot. It is really frustrating, and very confusing when your health starts failing, especially when your mind is still young, and ready to go. We just have to do the best we can, and make the most of it. There are some days when I just want to stay in bed, and never get up. I am practically a shut in at 42, so its tough. I can see why depression sets in, hard to deal with. With the help of the group, its easier to deal with. Some people wouldn't have a clue, but until they get where we are, they will never know. You just take care of yourself. I will keep you on my prayer list, and we just have to keep our faith. I feel that you will get some good help now, after all the pain you have went through. God Bless, Tawny > Hello there gal! Guest guest
I'm glad that you are away from the border here if a bizarre bacteria thing is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is good news for sure. I see that you must have had your appointment to get the prozac. How is that going? How long does it take for it to work? That is one of the only antidepressants that I haven't taken. I'm allergic to so many of them, I'm odd that way. I imagine that they will most likely go with the effexor or paxil again. I was out of town as you know when my 2 1/2 month wait for an appointment came and went. I am rescheduled for around the middle of September. I probably will just stick with the new doc, as she is a Board Certified Psychiatrist as well as a Board Certified Neurologist! Anyhow, you take care! Guest guest
Hi Kim, I got the Prozac almost two weeks ago. I think it takes three to four weeks to start working. I have taken a lot of the antidepressants too, but this one works better, and is cheap. I think that is a good idea, stick with that doctor, its not that long away now. Well, you take care, and know that your in my prayers, Tawny > I'm glad that you are away from the border here if a bizarre bacteria > thing is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is good news for sure.
