Ken, I haven't written before but when I read about how the heat and

humidity bother you, I had to write. Believe me you are not alone, I

have had RA for over 30 yrs. and any time the weather gets hot and

humid I suffer just like you. Like you I just can't seem to move,

but

there are times when I PUSH myself to to move because I know that if

I

don't move I can stiffen up even more. Yes, it is scary especially if

you are alone. Just wanted you to know you are not alone.
