hey everybody.

I've been a chronic pain patient for 15 years and I am fed up with the DEA's

intrusion into my medical treatment. I've started writing letters to my

government representatives (you can find yours at www.norml.org). I'm

encouraged by the responses from them and noticed that they are actually passing

some medical mj laws in Texas .

Then today I watched the news about the DEA's revenge for their agent who was

killed in Mexico. What did they do? They raided some Houston drug lord houses

(so they said). They seized 300 lbs of Mj -supposedly from the Mexican drug

cartels who own houses in Houston?

I feel bad for the agent who was killed in Mexico, I found out later that they

send those ICE guys out without guns?

We can help by writing short letters to our government representatives telling

them of the horrors chronic pain patients face trying to get some relief.

I'm fortunate to have a good doctor and good pharmacist. They know my situation

and that I don't have insurance and can't get insurance for this pre-existing

condition (car accident 25 yrs ago broke neck, cervical fusion failed c1-c2 and

now c2-c3 have fused themselves together). I'm broken, it can't be fixed

without breaking it again and this extra hassle on our already difficult lives

has to stop for all of us.
