Gene, Holland - who had a typological theory of his own - said what type an

environment was is determined by the personality type that dominates it. He

also said there could be subenvironments which might be different. If you were

to ask me the predominant type in America I'd say ESFJ - that's why we were a

country who would like to have a beer with Bush. But there are

subenvironments - law enforcement, for instance, which are different - ENTP and

ISTJ.
