When I mentioned really awful headaches to my neurosurgeon he just dismissed them, but I also get a buzzy tingly sensation up the side of my head and occasionally the ends of my fingers prickle. I had dismissed these as not linked and maybe a migraine type headache. I would be interested to hear anybody's thoughts? Jill to Just thought I would mention that I too went on Zoloft a few years back to help with Depression and it made many of my symptoms much worse, especially my upper body symptoms and restless leg syndrome. I also have had to do lots and lots of lifting of my daughter in a hip cast as she has had many surgeries and long periods of time spent in a wheelchair due to her hip dysplasia. All , I am certain , have contributed to my problems. My MRI for MS was also negative, however my sister has had it since the age of 19. As I don't get the headaches and sensations very often I will probably just leave well alone, I was just a bit intrigued really when I read the posting. I then went to a chiro, he did an xray, my neck and upper back was not lined up. 3 x week treatment for 4 weeks and then no more problems. He attributed it to overcompensation from lower body weakness. I see him every other Wednesday for routine, whole body adjustments. Medicare pays for it. Also my spasticity has significantly been reduced (we assume from chiro treatments and PT), my Baclofen pump was set at 325 mcg/day, we have been reducing it in 10% increments, down to 180 mcg/day now, -10% more on Wednesday.
