A gastro item

Patient complains of right lower quadrant and suprapubic pain. Doctor

says:

Of note, patient has had EGD done which showed evidence of mild

gastritis, mild esophagitis and small hiatal hernia. S/L clotest was

negative, and sed rate has been normal.
