Guest guest
We went to see Ralphs family physician today and he is referring us to another neph. He had concerns with the last one also. We also got a copy of preliminary biopsy but cant make much sense of it if anyone can help we would appreciate it as we dont know how soon we can get in to see new neph yet. Focal mesagial cellularity Interstitial fibrosis, mild to moderate Pominent vascular hyalinosis Immunofluorescence suggestive of IgA nephropathy Our family doctor said that he seems to have Iga but is still wondering if there is not something else causing flank pain and the shrinkage and function of his left kidney. If anyone can help us decipher any of this that would be great. Doctor also said that he doesnt think that Ralph will be taking prednisone right away as the side affects are more than the benefit to him right now.
