This is not always the case. In fact, according to the American Pain Foundation, " opioids are safe, effective, and rarely lead to addiction. " Can ya believe it. This is in their chronic pain brochure on clinic philosophies. CRAZY!!!! I don't need any at the moment but, my God after all these years.
