Hi guys I knowI haven't posted in a very long time. I didnt want to

post because my RA doc said that my sed rates were so low that he

didnt think I had RA.So I didnt feel right posting if I has a

negitive reading. Well I went through every testing possible. Was

even tested for cancer. I have drop a tremndous amount of weight and

the doc tested again for RA and I FINALLY have a posivtive for RA.

Not that that is a good thing but we now at least know what is wrong

with me. I am so releaved to know. The RA doc said loosing the

weight was the best thing possible it made making the diagnosis much

easier. He could see now where I am having a problem in my right

ankle and my hands. He said with the weight lose I will feel much

better. Which is true but today is a bad day. I have noticed a

pattern of about 5 to 6 days where I feel really good. Then WHAM! I

have 2 to 3 days where I am down. So he has perscribed prednisone

for those bad days. He said it should shorten those days. Which is

great, being on for that short of time I should not have to many

side effects that the prednisone causes. I hope he is right cause I

worked really hard to loose this weight. Well I just wanted to share

the good news.(LOL if you want to call it good news. I knew I wasnt

crazy. LOL)I will be posting more and feeling more like I belong

now. Gentle hugs to all!
