A good friend of mine was chased into the parking lot when she refused a drug test after asking for something that didn't make her sick. She told the doctor that at the age of 81 if she is going to become a drug addict, so what! They didn't give her the drug test, but did photograph and fingerprint her like a common criminal before changing her prescription to something she could tolerate. It's not our fault we are in pain, it's these @#% & doctors who won't listen to us and let it get to the point of being unbearable. Tawny, I don't think it was ethical of them to use patches that were ordered for you. I would send a letter to the company with a copy to the doctor's office documenting what happened.
