Hi ,

I used to be an employee benefits consultant but in the past 3 years that I

have been an at home mom I know there have been many legal changes regarding

pre-existing conditions. My advice is to ask your new employers HR

department, or even ask your own HR department what the rules are regarding

pre-ex. You can also call your insurance's customer service department.

I thought the law had changed so that if you can prove you had previous

coverage than you would be OK.
