I noticed a dramatic difference after 2 weeks. I just couldn't deal

with side effects, however. Be sure to take nexium or prevacid or

something for the stomach. It's hard on the stomach. I took prevacid

but still had the stomach problems. I never recovered from the

stomach problems. Still have to be careful, but then I was also

taking ibuprofen for pain, prevacid, and Enbrel at the time. It was

total relief of symptoms. The arava was added because the Enbrel had

started to not be as effective. It was good while it lasted,

however. I thought I was cured. Good luck with it. Maybe keep

notes on its progress.
