Guest guest
I've had tremors in my hands for about 5 years now. It's quite embarassing actually because people always point it out to me. Especially when i try to hand them things. I haven't been able figure out what causes it, i've had CT's for migrains done and they've looked at those but haven't found a cause. I've noticed that my anxiety has been coming on with no reason lately as well. I'm not scared or confused or thinking about anything in particular when it happens. I take Trazadone at night to help me sleep, it's the only antidepressant that i'm on right now. I don't take any other happy pills because i've had 2 manic reactions to them, so I " VE decided i can't take them. At least for right now. When I do have anxiety attacks i've found that all i can do is have someone with me and wait for them to pass. That's all i can think of. I'm sorry that you are dealing with them. They are quite scary, even if you get them frequently. The feeling of not having control is horrible. Guest guest
My 6 year old son was on Nordic Naturals cod liver oil for years but still suffered from fairly severe anxiety. For him, going on an amino acid formula that was compounded specifically to his needs was the key. He still experiences situational anxiety, but the overall level has gone down dramatically.
