Sorry I'm behind times, must've missed your original post. have been having some killer back pain and vision problems, so don't sit for very long at any one time, and looking at the computer screen--I've nearly done in my glasses trying to wipe away the non-existent smear! I've been on the South Beach diet for 3 weeks now, lost 12 lb. so far, and this week has been heck on my, uh, plumbing system. I sneaked a prune this morning. Will have a bowl of oatmeal tomorrow morning, as that often helps, so I can certainly sympathize with you, and I hope that it is nothing serious. You've come too far now!
