Guest guest
Hi , Wow, I have been experiencing a ton of lower back pain too. I get pain into my right hip also and my rheumy thought my pelvis was tilted to the right. He sent me for x-rays and I am waiting for the results but he does think I have a back problem on top of the RA, but could have RA in my lower spine as well. I thought I was alone going through the back pain as well with the RA, but I see a lot of people complaining about it so I thought maybe you should mention it to your doctor. I will let you know how my studies come out. I am hoping to hear today about them. Do you have a good mattress? That could be part of the culprit. Well, you are always good about posting to me when I have questions so I just wanted you to know you were not alone. Email me anytime . You know you can. Guest guest
Hi My lower back hurts all the time (my hips too). I'm not in bed but sitting at my computer. I try and take breaks every few minutes just to move around. It make sense that being in the same position is not good no matter what or where it is. If you are temporarily bedridden you might try some easy yoga moves like pelvic tilt, little leg lifts (just a few). Also drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins. Hope this helps Babs
