Guest guest
Hi Sara. I don't have a frozen shoulder. For whatever reason, my body flares suddenly sometimes and I can wake up in the morning with a " locked " joint. I'm still new to all of this so am uncertain if this is normal or not. I find RA to be very unpredictable. I am getting better at adjusting though. This do get better physically and emotionally. It just takes time. You really sound like you have your hands full with the kids! Look at it as 4 sets of helping hands when you need it. My kids have helped out more than I thought they would be capable of doing. Once a week they take turns doing easy chores around the house. It's amazing how good they can be about helping out if they need to. Just find age appropriate helping activities (like picking up toys, etc.), and the kids will get into a routine of helping . All the best, > Sometimes there is a silver lining.
