Hello Kim

I'm sort of new to the group but your situation sounds intolerable. Why don't

you go to a new doctor? Is it because of insurance? The person you have now

sounds like a complete idiot/quack. It is obvious you are suffering and in need

of pain management. I wish I could help.

This may sound dumb or maybe you've tried all these suggestions but have

you called your local hospital and ask them to recommend an RA, sometimes

they will do that. Or what about contacting an RA foundation and asking for a

doctor in your area. What about a search on the web? Hope this helps!
