Guest guest Posted April 14, 2011 Report Share Posted April 14, 2011 Dear friends, this is to announce that I may have to be absent from yr midst for several weeks to come Reason: A fierce winter storm damaged our home and the Dove Room has to be totally gutted, roof removed, replaced. Meditation Rm has to have windows replaced, etc. 2) This means moving all contents, computer, desk, etc into now empty din rm or into a pod, etc.6 files have already been sorted n emptied......... 3) College wants my archives, so this work coincides........ 4) as I am now 88 1/2 yrs old, unable to use rt hand for 14 yrs, n bzzzzzzzz every time I move rt side [stroke iin 1997] u see the challenge.! 5) I wld appreciate yr pryrs for my survival! I have wonderful helpers n my d. Beth n husb Al King in annex. 5] The construction starts after Easter n I don't anticipate restoration of calm till mid-June. So, I am counting on u guys to keep J-F going. n as soon as my computer is restored in another room, I will be w/u again but cannot be counted on to make sense! The main old house started in 1638 is still sound, but the large Dove Room, poorly constructed separates me fr my bedroom, also recent n sound, but isolated but a few steps to bathroom, so will have to travel a fair distance to get to my front office, which is being emptied as well of stuff to make room etc. Biggest prob is my papers, wh bec of rt. hand, have not been dealt with. KARMA! aaaaaaaaargh! So pl Dan, Mike,,Deb, n co. pl keep J-F going - am delighted to see new participants n u cn always check out my blog CREDO for a taste of ao - 138 - to sample.CREDO I love u all, n will try to check in, I just need pryrs for physical strength!
