Guest guest Posted July 7, 2005 Report Share Posted July 7, 2005 Hi June...The problem is that any kind of pain medicine, or cramp medicine tends to be constipating, and with the motility issues I have they want to avoid that. I had to drink a bottle of magnesium citrate last night at 9, but nothing has moved. The doctors go back and forth about if these are separate problems, or all stem from one source. A friend discovered that eating a handful of walnuts every day, for the first time in years, is keeping her regular. I decided to try eating the walnuts and they work like magic.
