DMSA/DMSO stinging....how to alleviate this?

Hi,

We just started my 3 1/2 year old on the DMSA/DMSO, and he is experiencing some

kind of

pain upon application. I know that there was some way to deal with this, but

forgot. Was it

something about applying water?
