Guest guest
Beth, I've read about them but never tried them. Let us know if you decide to try it and how it works. a On Jul 13, 2005, at 8:53 AM, GoAwayRA@... wrote: > > Has anyone here taken glyconutrients for the treatment of RA? In > particular, Ambrotose by Mannatech? I spoke at length with a > holistic practitioner > (who also sells the stuff) this morning and am interested in > learning more. Has > anyone had any experience with this and can you please share? > > Here's a link to how it supposedly works with RA. > http://www.glycoscience.org/glycoscience/start_frames.wm? > FILENAME=G002 & MAIN=gl > yconutritionals & SUB=disease > > > Love and Prayers, > Beth > > ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* > Read my blog at www.ThinkBigAboutHealing.blogspot.com > > ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* > > >

Guest guest
Dear Beth, Sorry to have passed-by your post the first time...you know, so busy, hurting, depressed, etc., sometimes I just have the time and energy to " gleen " the posts, then I seem to pick one to respond to that has really piqued my interest or passion. Anyway, not to imply your post wasn't " pique-able " (lol!). But you have my attention now! I HAVE heard of glyconutrients, specifically in the Mannatech arena. I have a dear friend who used to work for Fisher Price creating the cartoon images for those " view master " cameras- remember those? Sadly, he and his two brothers, all have a genetic disorder that had slowly robbed them of their sight and hearing. He and his older brother are now 100% blind and wear hearing aids. His youngest brother isnow in the stages of severe tunnel-vision. (and tragically, his young wife, 42 yo, recently died of a massive heart attack). So Matt, my frind, learned about Mannatech ( " manna " -bread from Heaven; combined with " tech " -science) about 2 years ago. He and his Associate Pastor and Counselor (also a very good friend of mine), began researching Mannatech in earnest after hearing amazing testimony about these " glyconutrients. " Matt firmly believes that he will one day be " healed " by God, through Mannatech. His wife, , was diagnosed with diabetes (insulin dependent) shortly after her 15yo son was murdered (lot's of tragedy in this poor family). tried it the conventional way for about a month, became discouraged, and has been treating it with glyconutrients ever since -with almost perfect control of her blood-sugars, I might add. Now, as a Nurse, and therefor having a " scientific " bent (although I truly love the LORD, and do believe in healings and other miracles), I was " freaked out " to say the least when I learned of going off her insulin! But, she has had amazing results with Mannatech. The Assoc. Pastor, Larry, has a disabling heart condition and has been on the Mannatech products, but I really haven't kept up with his progress...hmmm, I should give him a call. Matt tried to get my husband to give Mannatech a try, as he has inflammatory arthritis and ankylosing spondalitis. But we really could not afford the $300/month it would cost. (Of course, Matt, countered this with " you can't afford not to " , " you would save money in the long run because you would have no need for your expensive Rx's " , etc.) I personally would like to try it SOMETIME...just not at this time as it would get " messy " , me going thru my Comp & Pen evals for my VA claims at this period of time. (Gee, I wouldn't get my long- awaited service-connected disability benefits if I were healed! lol!) Matt is a distributor, obviously! If you decide to go for it, maybe we could compare your Naturepath's price w/ his? Maybe save some money? Anyway, hope this helps Love, -- In , GoAwayRA@a... wrote: > > Has anyone here taken glyconutrients for the treatment of RA? In > particular, Ambrotose by Mannatech?
