My friend, Debbie, passed away this morning and her family is taking it very hard. I spoke with her on friday and she sounded like herself again, only a little tired. She passed peacefully and was surrounded by her family and friends. I know she is with God, now. I am sad that she has passed, but I am also at peace with it at the same time, if that makes any sense. You see, we had a special relationship. We were more like sisters than friends. We talked about everything and anything, we were each others support system. We left nothing unsaid, how many people can actually say that. I told her, on friday, how all of you were praying for her as well. I could hear the smile in her voice as she talked. I love her with all my heart and I will miss her.
