For those in Canada, if you go to arthritis.ca then to " local programs " , under Alberta and NWT, there is information about the Arthritis Hero Program. Not sure if they have it in the US......but mailing them and asking to start it up if they don't would be a good idea. I have nominated my physician as well as my Rheumy. It's a great program, and they deserve a pat on the back for all their hard work.
