I'm about ready to chop mine off and I would if I could live and hold my head and take it into the docs office and through it at him and then say, " okay I still hurt and now as you can see it isn't in my head, literally " ya know heres your sign and bowling for doctors!!! I have bone spurs at C5-6 and C6-7 and wanh do they bother me especially now that I hurt it again. I'm having quite a time of it. Anyhow, I'm not sure about the difference between degenerative and spondo? I'll have to check that out and get back with you. I was just so surprised that someone else actually had problems with theirs as well. Sure sorry about though! I hope that yours isn't hurting today or tomorrow or ever again actually!
