I wouldn't let them get away with that. It's outrageous. If they balk at replacing the box they stole, maybe you could tell them that they better cough up another box or you will be contacting not only the pharmaceutical company but your congressperson. Make sure the doctor knows what happened. Document everything. Not an MD I'll tell you where to go! Isn't there anyway the company couldn't send your meds to you directly?? Especially if they are told that the doctors office is using them and not getting them to you in a timely matter?!!?!?! At least you got the FLexeril. But that alone doesn't do much!! You have every right to gripe about this situation. I hope you get a reasonable explanation when you go in to get your box. They had better replace it before you need it.
