I'm not sure how it would be managed here, but there are creative folks like yourself who may have the know how. In the past when one of our members was in dire need, we have agreed to all (those willing) pray for that person at a specific time, for example...we would email our group, " Let's pray for whomever @ 6pm Eastern " - that way we can adapt the prayer to our own time zone and be united.
