Guest guest
Hi All, I wrote about a month ago about my Dad maybe having had his prostate cancer spread to the bone. Well, they took the scan and it was clear which is fantastic. He already had his prostate removed 10 years ago approximately. Anyway his PSA is rising so the doctor put him on Calodex. The problem is that is has made him so weak and depressed. He is 84 years old and I just can't figure out why they are treating him at his age, if the drugs just totally zap his vitality. He had some Lupron shots a few years ago and the same thing happened. Please let me know what you all think. Thanks
