I am one of several women who was cured of my Vulvodynia using the Guaifenesin treatment after all other treatments had failed. If you go to the guai-support website at www.1.gs/guai/ you will find a lot of information regarding Guaifenesin and how it works. When you are at the website, you can look over to the left and on the side bar there is a Vulvodynia link. Other news is that Dr. St. Amand and his nurse Marek have just released their long awaited book titled " What Your Doctor May NOT Tell You About Fibromyalgia " The book is amazing and it is a must read for anyone who is interested in FMS, Guaifenesin, and Vulvodynia. There is a whole chapter dedicated to Genitourinary Syndromes which includes Vulvodynia/Vulvar Vestibulitis, IC, IBS, Cystitis and it's relationship to Fibromyalgia. You can purchase the book from Amazon.com. I strongly recommend it to anyone that is interested in Guaifenesin and it's success in treating FMS along with Vulvar Pain.
