Guest guest
Hello, everyone. I just wanted to write this note to thank all of you who prayed for my very dear friend, Debbie. She got to go home because there wasn't anything more that would do for her in the hospital and it was felt that she was stable enough. To recap, Debbie is a very dear friend, more like a sister, that was diagnosed with Liver Cancer 4 years ago. She was only given 6 months to live then. Well, 4 years later she was still going strong until she became very ill. She also became very confused. The now give her 2 weeks to 2 months. This was about 2 weeks ago. It is thought that the cancer had spread to the brain but because of her liver and kidney failure, they couldn't do a scan on her head with contrast. I thought the confusion could have been caused be the kidney failure. Well, this is why I am writting this post, her kidney failure appears to be reversing itself. Her mind is clear and she is back to her normal self (psychologically). Physically, however, she is still very weak and tired. She gets up out of bed with little assistance now and she says she feels better. I know part of that is due to her strong will to live and her undying faith in God. I also believe it is because she has such a wonderful loving support group with her family and friends. Debbie has always believed in the power of prayer. So do I. I told her she has people praying for her all over the US and Canada. So, I just wanted to thank all my friends and family in here for those prayers. I know they ment a lot to me and they mean even more to Debbie. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you!!,,,,,,,Marina
