I wish we could go to this clinic together. I have been looking for something like this for years. I am doing a little mini fast right now trying to get my mind ready for when we do one as a group. So far I have only had a glass of apple juice and it is 1 in the afternoon. I will have another glass of apple juice and just do dinner later. But I feel like a 7 today on a pain scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being a flare. Normally I hover around 8 and 9. So, the fact I feel better when I juice fast lets me know diet definitely plays a part. And yet, when I eat beef (roast or hamburger) I get a relief of the pain. I thought that was maybe a sign that I didn't have enough B12 in my body. So I purchased the B12 dots (vegetarian) but no relief with those. So, something is going on with the beef as well. fish or chicken does not produce the same results as the beef. I guess I could just juice fast the rest of my life and may have beef occasionally. Just kidding. It takes beef a long time to clear the disgestive system. To make a long story short, keep us posted with your results.
