Enbrel pre-filled syringes

Hi everyone!

I have been taking Enbrel for my RA for about a year and a half now.

I just got a Rx for the new 50 mg formulation in the pre-filled

syringes. I was so excited! The box is so small and light compared to

the vials and it's so much less work! Well I just had my first

injection and I guess this is something I'll have to get used to too.

It was very painful! I couldn't finish the injection. I only got

about half. I figure maybe there was an air bubble that I should have

taken more care in getting out first. The needle is tiny so that can't

be the problem. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar

reaction.
