Guest guest
Tess, I'm on trazadone- like for 10 years or so? I'm up to 150 mg. and still have trouble getting to sleep most nights. I use the time praying for people a lot of times, which I'm sure we all do....and sometimes I just repeat psalms 4:8- " I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. " I wonder if anyone has tried the lunesta? sounds like it was tailor made for this bunch- works fast, can be taken long-term if you believe the commercials. I will be praying for you, for your poor tummy, and for peaceful sleep. My mind wants to work overtime at night...if I get past that, I usually do ok. Occasionally I wake up early (like from 3-5am), but most often it is a getting to sleep issue. > Hugs... > > Tess > > > > > > > > >
