Guest guest
Hi all. I am new to the group. I have had the condition for 10 years and tried it all, and as you can imagine, the pain is nonstop, unfortunately and there are many deformities. I have actually started to have reactions and swellings to medications. I am now just thinking of ways to be active and do as many natural things as possible, taking a combination of alternative and traditional meds approach. With 10 years and no remission, staying active is very difficult. However, like my name says, I am still breathing so I have to stay active to keep the joints mobile. There is a lot of history but wondering if anyone here lives in atlanta and is active with exercise and/or walking? Do you still work? What types of meds are you on? That sort of stuff. I work from home very part-time but always looking for a better fit so that I can work full-time to regain some independence and help the hubby out. I better get back to work. Take care.
