For rheumatoid arthritis: Naproxen and Plaquenil.

For fibromyalgia: Flexeril and Elavil (low dose of each) at bedtime

For chronic pain: extended-release morphine

For breakthrough pain: oxycodone

I want to mention that for nearly two years I have been taking

Singulair for my allergies. During this time my RA has been unusually

quiet! Since Singulair works on one of the components of the immune

system (leukotrienes), I suspect that it is the reason my RA is

unusually mild.

If anyone else out there is taking Singulair, is it helping your

arthritis?
