With this surgery, I have to be conscientious about getting enough protein. I'm not a huge meat eater (though I do eat it), but could never eat enough meat. Many folks really push soy, but I've stuck with what works for me...poultry, fish, a little meat, lots of eggs and cheese, legumes and occasionally whey protein. I'm glad to be still learnng!
